StreetEasy is a great site if you are looking for Real Estate in New York City. I have been searching on it for over a year now. You can find all sorts of information on StreetEasy about buildings you are interested in, neighborhoods, comparables, square feet average prices, etc. and on and on.
I checked the site today and noticed this discussion about how hundreds of listings in Manhattan had a price reduction in the last 48 hours!
